Terms Of Use

The Terms of Use together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the two parties in relation to the legal use and the smooth operation of the Premium, Toll Free numbers or Services.

By using our Services (Premium Rate numbers 900XXXXX, Toll Free numbers, Bulk SMS, Premium SMS), you have read, understand and agree to be bound by the Terms and conditions set out below, including the Privacy Policy.

Client Obligations:

  1. The client cannot sell, rent or subscribe any premium, Toll Free, short code numbers or services to third parties unless agreed by A.G.I. Teleconnect Services Ltd, the legal owner of the numbers or services.
  1. A.G.I. Teleconnect Services Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature from the content, information and services provided by the client, or the content of Bulk SMS messages.

 

  1. A.G.I Teleconnect Services will not be liable for any loss or damage including business profit, business interruptions, loss of programs, income, revenue, contracts, business goodwill, reputation, information or data arising from the unavailability of any services even if the client informed A.G.I. Teleconnect Services Ltd of such potential losses or damages.

  1. It is client’s sole responsibility to ensure that its services are legal. Client’s services should only be offered to persons who are eligible and legal to text (send SMS) or make a call (callers should be over 18 years old) and should not be against the ethics, the culture or the local laws. 

 

  1. Every advertisement in the media (TV, radio, newspaper, magazines or other) should clearly include the exact tariff (cost per minute or per call including the VAT) of the service advertised and the name of the service (i.e. Astrology, Competition, Calling Card, Dating Service, Football Results, Jokes etc).

  1. Some or All of the information and data provided on the Toll Free or Premium Rate Numbers is strictly protected by law. You hereby acknowledge such rights and will take all necessary precautions and measures to protect such information and data from unauthorized use.

 

These terms of use shall be in effect and will remain in effect unless we modify them in which case the modified terms will apply immediately. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without notice.

You may not transfer or sub-contract your rights or obligations in connection to these terms of use. Should you break any of the terms in this agreement in any way, we in our sole discretion reserve the right to take any or all of the following actions:

  • Disconnect your Service immediately
  • Block yours Computer IP address
  • Take legal actions
