Privacy Policy

A.G.I. Teleconnect Services Ltd is taking all necessary measures for the protection of the customers CRM or data.

Customer’s CRM or data are CONFIDENTIAL, are stored in secure backup systems and are not transferred to third parties. The backup processing is done only by authorized Teleconnect employees.

However we should clarify to our customers and to the subscribers they are calling at Teleconnect’s services that the Data we collect is not related to live identified natural persons or persons who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an ID number, passport, name, surname, address or to any other factors that can reveal their identity.

To be more specific, we only collect subscriber’s telephone number, date and time of the call and the number of the service called (i.e. 900XXXXX). This information is necessary for billing purposes.

Teleconnect is obliged to process customer’s data:

  • For reasons of compliance with a legal obligation
  • If authorization is required by the Commissioner of Data Protection
  • For the purposes of a legitimate interest
